@VirginAtlantic mess up by delta who virgin contracted the connecting flight to, leaves my lad stranded was on call to him the agent at the gate was VILE! Supervisor was brilliant, couldnt ask for more! Will be in touch very soon to pass the complaint about her, praise the supervisor!

הרגיזו אותך? רוצה לדבר עם מנהל?
* המנהלים טוענים ששיחה עם המנהל לא תשנה את הטיפול בתלונתכם. מצד שני, אם המוקדן לא מטפל בכם לשביעות רצונכם - למה לא לנסות? וכדאי לזכור - לכל מנהל יש מנהל.
* אם מדובר בתלונה לגיטימית ומובנת מאליה, הכעס של הלקוח דווקא יעלה את החשד בקרב הנציג, ולכן מומלץ לעשות זאת במתינות. כעס יכול להיות כלי שרת, רק צריך להשתמש בו בצורה מושכלת, כי ממילא הוא מצוי בידינו. מומלץ לא להתחיל מיד באסטרטגיה של כעס, אלא להשתמש בו בצורה מתונה. לעומת זאת, אם אינכם מקבלים מענה ולא מאמינים לכם, לא יזיק אם דווקא כן תכעסו.
אגב, כדאי שתדעו שבחלק מהמוקדים למוקדנים יש אינטרס לרצותכם: יש מוקדים בהם מתגמלים את הנציג אם לקוח מודה לו בסיום השיחה.
* באשר לאיומים במעבר לחברה מתחרה, נראה שהדבר כבר קורה פחות מבעבר, ואינו מסייע לקבל הנחות או מבצעים. מצד אחד, החברות כבר גילו שהאיומים שלנו הם לרוב איומי סרק וכבר אינן נבהלות כל כך מהר. מצד שני, אם אתם מוכנים לשאת בתוצאות של מעבר בפועל מחברה לחברה, אולי תופתעו לגלות שבכל זאת מוכנים ללכת לקראתכם עוד קצת.
